In this class we will explore 7 qualities of movement that correlate with the Jewish mystical practice of Counting the Omer. These qualities are flow, strength, balance, endurance, presence, foundation and freedom. Class will include an short explanation of the practice and time for questions and discussion. All are welcome.The actual movements will require the ability to move from the floor to standing.
