We are a team of superheroes who identify living with a disability as a fundamental feature of their lives. We believe that DISability does not mean UNability, but rather, it is ability that has traveled through the worlds of shadow and reflection. We believe that disability creates wisdom and needs to be shared.
We meet virtually on the first Wednesday of every month for a content-rich hour at 1 pm Central time.
We laugh, tell stories, share yoga, and support each other. We create content and conversation that are centered around the real experience of disability. We create learning, growing, and healing opportunities for each other and sometimes for the world at large.
