Ask Us Anything

Join Bethany and Amy as they take on your most challenging questions, muddle through existential crises, and generally round out our year of exploring all things adaptive yoga! We may revisit lingering questions, take a gander at new ones, or anything in between as we celebrate this community and the opportunity to learn and grow together. Don’t miss this final MBS Yoga Sandbox of 2022!

Open to anyone who has studied adaptive yoga with Mind Body Solutions and is curious about learning!
