This is a gentle, adaptive seated/supine class. It is a blend of gentle asana movements, prāṇāyāma (breathwork), restorative shapes, and guided relaxation meditation. The intention is to soothe the nervous system and chronic pain, find bubbles of joy and rest, and have a moment of reflection. Practice in a chair, mat, bed, or couch. Low sensory.
