Horizontal Meets Vertical

Through yoga, we practice and teach how to live in all our horizontal and vertical spaces. How do you live and move in 3D and not compromise your dimension? Consider the Vitruvian man represented by a two-dimensional drawing but actually existing front to back, up to down, side to side, and into the surrounding space. Let’s have a conversation about how to bring use this perspective when teaching.
