Supporting the story of another is a gesture of shared humanity, something we always practice at Mind Body Solutions. How do you support the emerging stories of your adaptive yoga students? Intuitively, we know this goes way beyond our yoga practice as well. As we widen the definition of support, let’s talk about how we can support the stories of others, as well as recognizing and honoring our own.
