KMA Donation Class with Christie and Sarah!!

We’re Christie and Sarah Leyla, two UK-based teachers striving to make the teachings of yoga accessible and inclusive to all. We’re passionate about equity and safety in a yoga class, and we love to co-teach Hatha yoga classes offering both standing and seated options and variations. We believe that asanas (poses) are there to serve the needs of the students and not the other way around.
