Support the yogathon and join Megan Gohlke for Buti Yoga, a workout that fuses vinyasa yoga with cardio-intensive bursts + dance + strength + conditioning + deep abdominal toning. It utilizes the Spiral Structure Technique to sculpt and tone the deep abdominal muscles. By tapping into primal movements we let go of patterns or inhibitions that may be holding us back. Buti classes are very music driven- expect world music, electronic music, and rap- really anything with a great beat! Wear whatever you are comfortable in, though keep in mind there will be more jumping around than in the yoga classes you are used to. Light heat 90-95 but you will sweat! We’ll have fun with grounding, expansion, rhythm, and balance; practices you can use in everyday life at work, home or share with family. Hot Fusion Yoga is the merging of Vinyasa (or flowing) yoga and hot yoga postures conducted in a heated room. It offers the perfect mixture of strength and flexibility training and allows for great internal and external health benefits. This fun yet challenging class will take you through a progression of static and flowing postures to promote a toxin cleansing sweat, reshape muscles, and increase strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination. Pilates and Pranayama

Support the yogathon and join Megan Gohlke for Pilates and Pranayama! Pilates has six key principles: breath, concentration, centering, control, precision, and flow. In this class we will utilize props and our own body weight to develop a better mind/body connection to our movement. Class will focus on developing strength and mobility in the core and hips. We will specifically focus on movements that will enhance our awareness for the classic hot yoga practice. Join Kristin Kutz for this class that fuses yoga and tennis balls to aid in circulation to increase mobility in stiff neck & shoulders. Using tennis balls can counteract the imbalance caused from our daily habits and repetitive tasks of our job. The yoga postures help to stretch, increase flexibility and encourage relaxation.
