Director of Development, Yoga Instructor
Molly believes in living well, feeling more, and helping people of all ages and abilities do the same. Her yoga path began some 20 years ago as a simple exploration of physical movement. It has since become a driving force in her desire to help others. In 2011, she began assisting in the adaptive classes at the studio and at Courage Center and hasn’t looked back. Molly teaches adaptive yoga and assists in MBS’ programs seeking to bring a mind-body approach to the delivery of healthcare. She also brings her experience as a fundraiser, marketer and business owner to her role as Director of Development. She has a BA in Journalism & Mass Communication from the University of Minnesota, a certificate in Yoga Therapy for Seniors from Duke Integrative Medicine, has completed Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction training and is a Yoga Alliance RYT200. Molly gratefully brings her enthusiasm and energy to this work and is deeply committed to furthering the mission of MBS.
