A native Minnesotan that returned to the Twin Cities in 2014 after spending 28 years in Seattle. Jane completed her graduate degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Southern California in 1982 and was involved in private practice as a Physical Therapist and Athletic Trainer for many years. She has had a life long appreciation of the value of a mind body connection, which eventually led her to participate in a four year training program of the Feldenkrais Method, completed in 2015. When introduced to Mind Body Solutions in 2017, there was an immediate bond on the value and role the body plays in our presence as human beings and how to facilitate the mind body connection. The launch of ‘Living ‘til the End’ in 2017 also engaged her interest in exploring and bringing peacefulness, comfort and ease to the process of living consciously until there is no more life to be had.
