DESCRIPTION:Rethinking Restorative \nResting quietly in different positions for long periods of time may NOT sound “restorative” for many people. Pain\, discomfort\, difficulty focusing\, and other factors can affect what a student finds truly restorative in their body. This session will challenge us to look from different angles and at new ways of rethinking restorative practice so we can provide a truly nourishing and relaxing experience for all of our students. \nOpen to anyone who has studied adaptive yoga with Mind Body Solutions and is curious about learning! \n
