“Same words, different day” Part I

Yogi’s often speak of presence as an idea, an intention or something to achieve. Today Matthew teaches how to simply allow. He asks, “Are you getting any better at “doing” the same words differently? Are you getting any better at exploring how to “allow for more” in new ways? He reminds students that words are just a placeholder and that there’s so much more to discover, so much more to feel, when you practice the same words in new ways.
