Asana and the Unseen Part of You…

Matthew has often said, “The asana is trying to forge a healthier relationship to the invisible, unseen part of yourself.”  In today’s class, he offers students a way to make that truth practical. “When that invisible part is just confronted mentally, it tends to create doubt. In yoga, you’re trying to include more, in action, in a way that shows you that the invisible part is also in your body, so your mind doesn’t have to sit there and feel unsure.
