You will be flying into Minneapolis/St. Paul International airport.  The airport is a 30-40 min drive from our studio.  Here is a link to the driving directions:  Airport Driving Directions. We encourage you to consider sharing a taxi from the airport with other workshop participants or to take the SuperShuttle to your lodging:  www.supershuttle.com/  The SuperShuttle costs $25-30 and accepts reservations.  Check out our facebook event page to connect with others in your workshop and arrange carpools.  Join us on Facebook!

 

Where to stay when you’re here:

There is a health and wellness center with lodging near our studio called The Marsh,  www.themarsh.com/    If you inform them that you are attending a workshop with Mind Body Solutions they will give you the member rate for your room and facility services.  The Marsh is approximately 2 miles east of the studio.

Our workshop participants have also found affordable lodging options through https://www.airbnb.com

Anticipate renting a car to get to and from your lodging or consider car pooling or using a service such as UBER https://get.uber.com

 

Where to eat during the workshop:

Lakewinds Natural Foods Co-op is across the street from the studio and has take-away food and a full lunch/dinner buffet. They have a small seating area for dining in.  Great Harvest Bakery is less than a block away and serves great sandwiches during the lunch hour.  The studio will remain open during lunch so feel free bring your own lunch or purchased food and to eat at the studio. 

 

Parking:

Please be mindful when you park.  You may park directly in front of our studio windows in the MBS marked spaces.  Do not park in front of the nail salon next door.  There is ample parking across the street in the Lakewinds Co-op lot.  Please consider parking there.

 

Dress in Layers! 

The weather in Minnesota can change quickly.  Dress to stay comfortable during the training.
