Adapting Yoga for Disability Level I • April 20 – 22, 2012 • Adapting yoga is more than an
exploration of learning to modify the asana. It is a journey in
self-discovery, subtlety, practicality, and the underlying nature of
ability and disability. Participants will find benefit both for their
own yoga practice and in how to share yoga with others. This workshop is
for yoga teachers.• $495 (does
not include meals or lodging). 13 hours of the workshop are eligible for Yoga Alliance continuing education hours. Workshop Agenda
