Back Bending Workshop with Julie Welle • Sunday, February 12 from 1:00 – 3:00 pm • Backbends are a part of a well-rounded yoga practice and often challenge the limits of our flexibility in mind and body! Explore how back bending helps us access the front of our body. We will focus our attention on how we can open our throat, chest, and pelvis through a variety of asanas. This focus will help us work our way into a deeper opening of the physical and energetic body to find the full expression of each pose.
