As a leader in integrative medicine, the California Pacific Medical Center's Institute for Health & Healing has long sought to honor international experts whose work is furthering the field. Every year, the institution selects a Pioneer in Integrative Medicine. Mind Body Solutions Founder and President, Matthew Sanford, is the recipient of the 2010 Pioneer award. Matthew will be honored at the Celebrating Science and Soul event on March 7, 2010 in San Francisco, California.

Past recipients of the distinguished Pioneer in Integrative Medicine award include Deepak Chopra, MD; Andrew Weil, MD; Dean Ornish, MD; and Mehmet Oz, MD.
