Thank you for your interest in volunteering your time and energy with Mind Body Solutions! Below are some ways you can make a difference in the lives of those living with trauma, loss, and disability.
Adaptive Yoga Class Assistants: We are always looking for volunteers to assist in our weekly adaptive yoga classes. Some yoga experience is helpful but not required. This is an excellent opportunity for yoga teachers, teachers in training, and PT / OT students. Opportunities are available at our classes held at Courage Kenny Rehabilitation Institute in Golden Valley and at our studio in St. Louis Park. Please email Kathy Dahl to receive more information.
Hostel Program: We are seeking individuals from our community who are willing to host an out-of-state aspiring adaptive yoga teacher in their home during our Opening Yoga teacher training programs throughout the year. Please contact Bethany Hutchinson to learn more.
Event volunteers: Every good event needs a good team to help make it run smoothly! We occasionally host awareness-raising events such as Mind Body Dialogues and the Kiss My Asana Kick-Off Class. If you’d like to share your time at an MBS event, please email Molly Bachman.
Host a fundraiser: Make an impact by hosting a fundraiser. It can be as easy as asking for donations in lieu of gifts on your birthday or other milestone event. Or plan an event and introduce the work of MBS to your network. Check out our Independent Fundraiser guide to get started.

Teachers and Subs: Want to come closer to our tribe? We offer fulfilling work for yoga teachers living in the Twin Cities. Please send an email to email@example.com to express your interest.
